Art Couples in Exile

Introduction
For it’s very first exhibition Nose Gallery is proud to welcome four artists from Ukraine who had to flee their homes and studios, and are today settled abroad.
The show is titled “Art Couples in
Exile” and aims to explore the relationship between a man and a
woman – both professional artists –
living and working side by side, now within new realities of war.
We invite you to engage in the
continuous dialogue between
female and male creators as the
exhibition hosts a couple of painters Petro Lebedynets and Alla Alekseieva, both in their 60s, both having acquired a solid reputation in the international art world.
The second art couple are the
sculptors from Kyiv – Liza Portnova and Andriiy Kyrychenko.
